Chico’s size 3=L 14-16, good looking bling on front

Design is abstract, not florals, or palm trees but more like the night sky with gold and silver like stars ⭐️ shining on in other worlds! Quite pretty, unusual and unique! See my friend, who was at my first live Show and asked for larger sizes, I have been working on it! Measures at shoulder 17”, bust 23”, sleeve inseam 12.5” and length is 26.5 inches long.
