Chicos size 3 women’s size 16 100% silk chiffon skirt brown as is

Gorgeous fabric skirt in a print with wavy lines that kind of look like tiger stripes. It has a cool jagged/ irregular/ pirate hem. I love that the shell and the lining are both pure silk. The only issue I see is that the waist seems to be stretched out as it measures 41” which is too big for the size on tag/ size chart, and needs elastic replaced, or to be taken in and add a zipper. washed in gentle cycle with eco friendly detergent, and air dried. Non smoking, chemical free, moth ball free, no dry cleaning, strong detergents/perfumes, pet friendly home. Everything I list is mine, I do not thrift/ resell. Any questions please ask.
