This maxi skirt is in great condition. Chico’s size 3 is supposed to be equivalent to a L or 16, but I’d say it’s more like an 18. Waist is elastic & measures 19” unstretched. From waist to hem it is 39” long. Oddly, there is a half inch piece of silicon type tape on waistband. See pics.
