Chico's rayon and silk burnt-out velvet blouse in gold and black, Size 1

This like-new, long-sleeve, velvet blouse has a burnt out tiny square pattern of gold and black velvet on a black background. It's luminous as it appears to change colors as it moves. It moves quite a bit because it hangs loosely with a soft color and a banded wrist on full, slightly gathered sleeves. As you can see from the photos, the rear of the blouse is gathered in a lovely way from the placket. Made to be worn loose. I'd place one of those black, silk camis I've listed beneath and leave it open through the bodice, but you'll style in a way that works best for you. Dress up or down. Chico's Size 1 corresponds with small, but easily worn to a medium.
