Really nice blouse only worn once purchased from Chicos it is a size 2 which is equivalent to a size 10 to 12. The sleeves are 3/4 and at the back there is a slight elastic so that it fits comfortably if you wear it outside the front is a tie but you can tuck in if you prefer.
