Chico's Perfect Stretch brand - Capris are navy blue with tiny dots of blue and white. Pull on capris with stretch. 2 front pockets. Unique decorative laced bottoms on the sides of each leg. See picture. Like new condition. I measure across the front waist 16", the rise 11", inseam 20 1/2"
