sparkydoodle1 @fradykat7 the width is 23 inches all the way down. I measure the length from the bottom of the collar. Please refer to the Chicos sizing chart included in the pictures.

sparkydoodle1 @fradykat7 please refer to the Chico’s sizing chart for clarity. Size 3 is extra large, bust is 42 to 43 inches, waist is 37 to 38 inches.
