Beautiful velvet top in excellent unworn condition. I purchased it to save for a special event. Fold-down collar. Shoulder straps have snaps to hold lingerie straps in place. Wrinkle-resistant velvet. Cold shoulder look if you’d like or possibly pull the collar up higher. 92% polyester, 8% Spandex. Machine wash cold. Please post a comment if you have any questions.
