Chicos The Ultimate Tee Slub Knit Royal Blue Long Sleeve Open Cardigan 0/Small/4 This is a beautiful Royal blue open front cardigan made with Chico's signature "The Ultimate Tee" fabric. It's soft, stretchy, high quality, and looks great on. This cardigan has long sleeves and a reverse hi-low hem that is longer in front and tapers up toward the back. Yes! It has pockets! FLAW- this top is in great condition with one exception. It has been mended from a small hole in the back at the top by the neckline. The last two photos show the flaw.
