Chico’s has custom sizes of 1, 2 and 3 and this shirt looks to be about a Medium but I am just guessing based on the chest measurement. It’s a button-down sleeveless shirt with a tie bottom and evokes that 1960’s look especially with the soft red and white stripes. One breast pocket. Does not look like it was ever worn - in perfect condition.
