Chico's Platinum jeggings size 12

Chico's Platinum foil print jeggings. Dark Blue wash with Platinum floral foil print over the front. Features 3 front pockets, button zip fly, belt loops and 2 back pockets. Tag reads size 2 but they fit more like a 12, I think they were mislabeled. Measurements are in pics above. Brand new with tags.
