Chico's Open Front Poncho Knit Poncho Sweater: One Size Fits Most Oversized / Relaxed / Open Front Tassels Black and White Striped Excellent Pre-owned Condition- no rips, stains, or tears. NOTE: when you put your nose up to it I think this has a light cigarette smell mixed with perfume. Mostly I smell the perfume, but I think it is hiding a cigarette smell possibly.
