Chicos Navy Blue pants

Iam not sure exactly what style pants they are, as they have been sitting in a closet forever. They are not jeans but kinda like a heavier cargo pant the material is 98% cotton and 2% spandex. There is two pockets in the front and two pockets in the back. I did add the dimensions in the photo if you need more info or pictures please let me know. I included the size it states a .5 which is equilevent to an extra small. I do accept returns.
