Chico's Linen Floral Applique top AND pants in size medium (Chico's size 1)

Color is Teakwood Pants have been worn a couple of times and never wore the top. Both items are Chico's size 1 which is equivalent to a medium although IMO the top runs a bit large. Please see pics for measurements. Have to sell the items separately if interested. Color did NOT photograph well and is more similar to the stock photo in real life
