Chico's embroidered velvet jacket. Chico's size 0, which is equivalent to a small. I have included a picture of Chico's sizing chart. Small thread pulled up on the shoulder, as seen in pictures. Does not appear to affect anything, it just looks like it didnt get pulled down all the way when sewn.
