@jct215ok Hi, the sleeve length from the shoulder hem is 22”. It does have a button for rolling it. The color of the shirt is a bit darker than the stick photo but not as dark as my photos. Almost in the middle between the 2 . I hope that helps. 😃 I added a picture for you that is more the color
