Chico's embellished silk shirt/jacket. Gorgeous shades of peacock blue silk with a tie dye effect and appliqued and embroidered accents. Fully lined in a silky black polyester fabric. Very lightweight. Measures 24" pit to pit, 23" flat across the waist, 24" flat across the hips and 27" length. Chico's size 3 is equivalent to a size XL or 16 Pre-owned, excellent condition.
