These are a great pair of easy-to-wear, go to chinos/cargo pants from Chico’s. They are black and cropped with a zipper/ button closure. There are two buttoned, front pockets with smaller pockets above and two back, gold over plus button pockets in back. The bottom cuffs are embellished with three brushed silver buttons on each leg. Made of 97% cotton and 3% spandex. They are in used but excellent condition with no noticeable flaws. From a smoke free home. Measurements are approximate and taken laying flat: Waist: 16” Rise: 9 1/2” Inseam: 19 1/2” The Chico’s size 0.5 seems like medium.
