Pretty velvet top with sheer burnout sleeves from Chico's in rich black and red. Love how most of this top is solid velvet - only the upper sleeve is burnout so it's not too sheer! Excellent condition - no flaws. Measures 24" long, 18" pit to pit, 17" sleeve from shoulder seam. Main fabric: 90% polyester, 10% spandex. Contrast: 70% rayon, 30% nylon. Lining: 100% polyester.
