Chico’s Black Plush Velveteen Quilted Vest

Chico’s zip front, sleeveless vest, in excellent Pre-owned condition. Soft Velvety outer with delicate diamond patterned stitched, quilted pattern. There are no holes rips or stains. The only wear is to the metal zipper pull where the black coating is wearing off, see close up photo of zipper. (a little black nail polish would be a great fix) Chico’s use vanity sizing and their size one is equivalent to a women’s size medium or 8. As this outwear, the measurements are a tad bigger than their chart for tops. Could fit a large snugly, it does not stretch.
