Include two knee pads and two wrist pads, along with tightening and loosening tools and a clear carrying bag with a zipper. The straps on the bag are not much good as they have worn thin. Everything else is in great condition with lots of still to be ready for the next to take over. This item cannot be bundled due to its weight.
