Chic Midnight Blue Ruffle Mini Dress

Bought the dress from Amazon for 59$. Never worn. Was too big for me, I feel it’s more of a 2 than a zero- that’s my opinion. I could not return it to Amazon so I’ll sell it for the best offer I receive. The dress is navy blue. The purple picture is just to show the back. The dress is not purple. It is in the bag that it came in from Amazon. It came a bit wrinkled so it may need to be steamed.
