How long is this top? Where does it fall on you ?

It's too small for me now, but when it fit it hit me at my waist, hanging over my booty a bit. I'm 5'7". The top measures 23.5 inches from the center front scoop neck to the bottom, and 27.5 inches from the center back neckline to the bottom.
