Chevron Striped Halter Style Jersey Maxi Dress. Double Lined for flattering fit

This dress was purchased from TJMaxx. NWOT, never worn. Turquoise Blue halter style. It is made of a soft Jersey material, it is double lined on top so it’s no see through. I never got a chance to wear it and it doesn’t fit me. The color is more of a vibrant blue with a touch of turquoise rather than a soft blue. Really pretty.
