Perfect as vintage career-wear/office wear and also perfectly Instagrammable. I almost can’t picture this without a big hairdo! Very Fran Fine from The Nanny (this was a brand seen on the show) Peplum cropped tank features a square neck and square back with figure flattering darting. The skirt is high-waisted with a hidden zipper and bottom slit. The stars of the show are the adorable flower cutouts and raw edge flower appliqués with pearl studded centers around the bottom of the skirt. In excellent used condition. 3 of the flower petals on each flower have been hand sewn onto the skirt to prevent them from flopping forward.
