Chetta B, Peter Noviello, Sherri Bloom Vintage 1980's Dress Prom, Party, Formal Style Shoulder pads SOOOO cute....the top is an off white knit style, the skirt is black. It has a drop waist, a big giant bow that ties on the hip.  The top is fitted and the skirt area is full which creates such a flattering look!!!  Size 10 (Vintage sizes run much smaller! Please see measurements. It is on my size 6 mannequin and an excellent fit!) Overall this dress is in great condition, but I did find one spot on the back when I was photographing under lights....it is faint and barely visible in person. There were little faux crystals in the middle of the buttons but one fell out, so I removed the rest. There is a tiny bit of crystal residue in on button but very hard to see! Measurements... all lying flat, straight across Shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the front = 18.25" Chest (armpit to armpit) = 17.5”  Waist (straight across at actual waist area) = slightly over 14" but not quite 14.25" (see photo) Hips (straight across) = 17” see photo where I measured) Length = 42” Sleeves (shoulder seam to end of sleeves) = 23.75"
