Chetta B.— Cap sleeved dress with patent bow belt

Chetta B. Dress I wore to work a few times, before I got minor makeup stains on the inside of the neck area of the dress. I haven’t tried dry cleaning it at all, but am fairly certain it would come out. The dress is a fun black and white fabric with cap sleeves and a patent leather bow belt.
