Chesley Silk Like Floral Halter Dress

Beautiful silk like halter dress made by Chesley. The dress is black with vibrant red and yellow flowers. The bottom of the dress is balloon style and there is elastic across the bottom of the back. The dress is polyester with some spandex. It should be hand washed due to the delicate fabric. The dress is a size 3X. It measures 20” from armpit to armpit and is 35” long. The dress has a wide band that ties at the neck. Perfect for a night out or a wedding.
