Cheryl Creations black with gold studs size large fitted tank top

I have a vintage 90's Cheryl creations nylon lycra mix tank top. Black with gold studs and a double ruffle on the bottom. Freshly laundered, smoke free home. Size large but I feel it runs small . Seems more like a medium to me.
