Cherokee Anchor Print Rain Jacket

This rain jacket has an adorable anchor print. It has a flexible, rubbery matte outer layer with a fabric lining. It is in great condition structurally, but there are multiple little spots where the navy blue has faded. They are not that noticeable, but are most evident on the edges of seams and hems, and a few others misc. spots (see photos.)
