Made of cold-cast resin. Designed by Priscilla Hillman. The bears are depicted as a musical band, with instruments like a drum and a horn, and a banner that says "Celebrate!". No original box. Loose figurine as pictured only. Few tiny scuffs / marks, barely noticeable, missing little flag that was held by the bear in the red party hat, overall very good used condition.
