NWT Chen Burkett New York White Linen Wrap Tunic Duster. Long sleeves with gold ball buttons, wrap style duster with long slits on both sides so this definitely needs to be worn over some sort of pant. Size is 2 XL I’m not sure if the stock photo is this exact item but it looks very similar to me.
