Chelsea Studio Dress 

NWOT Almost a wrap, but top is stitched to waist. Tie at waist to adjust fit a little. Pretty, slinky fabric that floats. Skirt overlaps like a true wrap. Size 16w measures 40 at chest, 38 at waist with tie to adjust smaller,46 at hips, skirt overlaps 12 inches, 44 long from top of back.I am 5'4" and this comes below my knees. Never worn, new to you!
