Chelsea28 deep navy blue crew neck tank top, sheer lace pokadot in XS

This tank top is gorgeous on its own. Simple yet very classy and elegant look. At the same time, you can wear it as casual as you want also!! The color is deep navy blue, almost looks black in certain light. Has very small lace wrapping on neck and tank sleeves. Bottom sheer is left raw Size XS but Small can be ok. You can wear this with slacks, minis, skirts of different kinds. Or wear it with jeans, skirts.. It is in excellent condition because I only wore it twice.
