Chelsea & Violet white tiered floral lace one shoulder fit and flare mini dress. Size large. Elastic at waist. Material has very little stretch. Excellent pre-owned condition. No flaws. This so cute and flattering on! It's a bit too big on the bust for me and would probably fit a size 12 best (I'm a size 10, 36DD for reference). Cute for graduation, bridal events, cocktail dress, casual wear, or for a concert with cowboy boots.
