Chelsea & Violet Blue Embellished Halter Maxi Dress

This stunning blue maxi dress by Chelsea & Violet showcases a sleeveless halter neckline. Nude color peaks through the lacey blue layer. I wore this to a quinceañera years and years and years ago! There is a slight tear in the lace, which I have shown in the pictures. Also, some brown staining that I don’t know how it got there (also in the pictures) It has been sitting in my closet for over six years.
