Long black blazer jacket or cardigan by Chelsea Studio. This long sleeved jacket has a v-neckline and attached shoulder pads. The front has a partial button up closure with a section of 6 black buttons and loops skewed to the top part of the jacket. The bottom portion of the front does not have buttons and hangs open. It is pre-owned with very light sporadic pilling, but is in great condition. Size SMALL. It is made of 50% rayon and 50% polyester. Machine wash cold, line dry.
