Chelsea 28 Shimmery Pink Pleated Sparkle Skirt in Size Small

This is a pretty shimmery midi to maxi skirt in a sparkly pink fabric with a black liner and elastic waist. Size small, fits 4-6. Chelsea 28. Small flaw at waistband, looks like one of the sparkly threads is a little loose. Please see waistband photos.
