Super cute black and white off the shoulder checkered romper. Ruffle at the top with a stretchy cinched waist and belt that can be removed and tied in either the front or the back. No tags so I’m unsure of the brand, I just marked it as PacSun. Would be perfect for a summer day! I would recommend for a size small!
