Flat Measurements: PtP: up to 20" stretch Waist: 18-21" stretch Top of the shoulder to thebottom length:43" Size: 14 Condition: It is New with a tag. However, it is a Y2K dress and as a result has a very small snag as seen in the pictures and is missing the belt. Fix the snag (if you deem necessary, it is very small), add a belt and you have an excellent dress with a classic design. Price is reduced to reflect the condition.
