Always be ready for wind with an attached self scarf with green fringe. I love the solid brown stripe that is horizontal above, and vertical from about mid pocket. Completely lined. Full disclosure, I washed this to clean a spot, (which came out), but in doing that, the green fringe on the scarf became faded.
