This is a stretchy outfit, but I feel like it’s more of a medium than a size 12 the under arm to under arm is approximately 18 inches but it’s super stretchy. The waist is about 15 inches across the front but is very stretchy. The length is 51 inches.The belt is Velcro in the back.
