Chartreuse Ruffles Top

Chartreuse ruffled shoulder top Seems like Y2K ish to me but I’m not super sure Great condition to me It’s a nice sturdy feeling material but does have stretch I can’t see the size one the tag … but it’s clearly fitting the S mannequin pretty perfectly and measurements included I’ll try and remember to tag a closer pic of the tag today and update
