Charming Tails resin and plastic early Christmas ornament made by artist Dean Griff. This one is called Reginald's Bubble Ride and was issued in 1994 and retired in 1994. Also known as Reginald's Bubble Adventure. These can be hard to find because the glue between the racoon and the bubble would dry out, drop and break. Sold by Silvestri.
