Charming Silver Brooch with Red Accents

Silvertone metal with some faux stones in Red, Green & a white. The lips are definitely hand painted because u can see where a bit of the red paint has made a mark on the rear side. This item is 20 yrs old as of this year making it a beautiful vintage piece.
