Charming Charlie Dress

Cute dress, must wear a separate dress underneath. The stitches towers are so cute. My friend rocked a great rockabilly look with her dress and it was FANTASTIC! I wore mine with soft curls and a doll like ribbon in my hair for a more romantic look but this dress is more Verdi tule that. It looks :) *the little hoops that hold up the string/belt is ripped which is why I have this discounted
