Charlotte Russe white high low dress

This is a white, peach and blue high low dress from Charlotte Russe. It has a sheer bottom with a white slip underneath. It has little belt loops but the belt has since disappeared. Worn a handful of times, but still in good condition. Size small with a lot of stretch. 35 inches in the front and 41 inches in the back.
