Charlotte Russe Off-the-shoulder Denim Blouse

- Beautiful short sleeved off-the-shoulder denim blouse! It has pretty floral designs and a bow at the front! - The bow was preset and sewed together but I took it apart so that I could tie/adjust/tighten the bow to my body/chest size. However, either way it still looks the same once you tie the bow (preset or not). - Worn once, great condition! - Negotiations accepted!
