Charlotte Olympia Black Velvet Size 38 Kitty Flats (only worn once)

I've had these flats for about two years and only ever worn them once indoors. There is a very small tear inside the right shoe (eight picture). Aside from that, they're in very good condition. Size 7.5 (38 is the European size for 7.5). There is no shoebox but I still have the shoe bags that they came with so I will include those.
