It’s a NWT pair of black skintight pants/leggings from Charlie, a premium gay swimwear brand by Matthew Zink. Has a very smooth, stretchy, and breathable fabric blend of polyamide and spandex. Made in Europe. Comes in its original branded bag. Fits a waist of approximately 29-30”. Waistband is about 12” wide but can stretch to about 16”. 30” inseam. Leg opening is 3.5” wide but can stretch to about 6”.
